Terms and Conditions

Blink A Trip Holidays Pvt Ltd strictly prohibits the use of narcotics, banned substances, weapons, fireworks, or toxic materials during the tour. Any individual found guilty under Indian Law will be solely responsible, and the company will not be held liable. Alcohol consumption in high-altitude areas is discouraged; if consumed, it must be in accordance with hotel rules and regulations.

Hotels in remote or hilly areas may not provide luxury amenities such as 24/7 electricity, hot water, or Wi-Fi. Campsites in places like Sarchu, Nubra, Pangong, Jispa, Chandratal, etc., are very basic in nature. Even Swiss camps with attached bathrooms may lack running hot water and electricity due to remoteness. In hilly areas, water and electricity supply may be limited, and hot water may be provided only at fixed hours. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as adventure travelers.

All packages are based on standard rooms, irrespective of hotel category. Room upgrades are subject to availability and extra charges directly at the hotel. For large groups, rooms may be split across multiple hotels; in such cases, facilities may vary though we try to keep them similar. Triple or quad sharing rooms include an extra mattress, not a full extra bed. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in as mandated by law.

Meals will generally be fixed menus or buffets. À la carte services, snacks, soups, desserts, or beverages are excluded and chargeable separately as per availability.

Transportation will be provided as per the planned itinerary only, and not for personal use. In hilly areas, vehicles such as Tempo Traveler, Innova, Xylo, Scorpio, etc., may not have air conditioning. The Volvo bus service from Delhi to the starting point of the tour is operated by a third party. While replacements are arranged in case of breakdown, delays may occur. Meal halts during Volvo journeys are decided by the vendor, not Blink A Trip. In case of delays due to traffic, strikes, breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary or sightseeing may be adjusted or canceled without refunds. No backup transport will be provided during breakdowns, and clients are expected to wait until repairs are completed.

The tour program must be followed strictly. Failure to join on time, leaving early, or missing activities due to personal reasons will not entitle the client to any refunds. Pre-tour services availed without joining the main tour are also non-refundable. The tour coordinator reserves full rights to modify the itinerary based on real-time conditions. Registrations or tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded unless specifically stated.

Blink A Trip Holidays Pvt Ltd is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, theft, loss of personal property, or safety of travelers outside the camping/tour premises. Any loss or damage to campsite property (tents, pillows, mattresses, etc.) will be charged at full replacement value. Our liability extends only to our employees, directors, and authorized agents, not to independent contractors.

Tour prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel, airline, or rail costs. Any such increase must be paid by the client before departure. Discounts and promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

In case of natural disasters or unforeseen events such as heavy rainfall, snow, landslides, or strikes causing delays or extended stays, Blink A Trip will not be responsible for additional costs. Extra accommodation, food, or transportation expenses must be borne by the customer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• If the company cancels the tour, applicable refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting actual expenses.

• If the client cancels the tour, applicable refunds will be processed within 45 working days, subject to the company’s refund policy.

• The initial booking amount is strictly non-refundable.

Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana only. Any claims or complaints must be submitted within 10 days of the tour completion. No amendments to these Terms & Conditions are valid unless issued in writing by Blink A Trip Holidays Pvt Ltd.
